I am committed to making all my clients look, feel and move like an athlete.

 

Results are best achieved by adherence to a program. To keep you motivated, I train in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Getting healthy should not be drudgery!

 

Looking and feeling more athletic means different things for different people. It may mean to lose weight, get stronger or move pain free. It may be to excel on the slopes, the pickleball court or perform better in your adult basketball or hockey league.

 

Before I design a personalized workout plan, I give a free consultation to discuss and clarify individual goals. Fitness is not a one size fits all.

 

For optimum results, I work with adults and seniors one on one and with partners of similar age and/or ability. I am able to consult and train you remotely if that suits you best.

How I Train​...

​

  • A free consultation with a certified personal trainer and sports performance specialist. Your personal trainer would like to review your athletic and injury history and discuss your fitness goals.

   

  • A portion of your first session will be dedicated to strength and stability assessments so your trainer can best design a program to reach your goals.  

​

  • Your program will be specifically designed to match your goals, your ability, and your timeline.

​

  • All programs are progressive and frequently modified to keep you motivated and challenging you to improve.

​

  • Your program will be broken into weekly, monthly and/or seasonal cycles. This is known as periodization and is a proven method to accelerate the achievement of your results.
