We'll Change the Way Your Child Plays the Game

Assisting with the development of the young athlete is my passion! I work with individuals, partners, and groups (ages 9 & up).

​

All young athletes mature differently. Generally, for the under 11 age group, keeping them engaged is paramount to their development. I use game playing to introduce and develop new movements. This will keep it fun! It keeps their focus and effort high. Competition is also key in teaching the lessons of respecting peers and practicing good sportsmanship.

 

The outcome of our agility and athletic group training sessions is the development of a more explosive athlete. As the athletes mature into teenagers, the workouts become more sport specific. The emphasis is on movements and athletic skills (strength, power, speed, agility) that transfer to the field, court, rink etc.

​

Individual, partner, and team training have periodization goals to ensure the athletes are peaking at certain times for their season or competitions.
