Fit, Fast, Strong is committed to keeping our community healthy!

 

Please stay home if you feel unwell or have been exposed to anyone who is sick.

If you or your kids are eligible, do your part... vaccinate. 

 

See what you can expect when training with us:

  • Gym features a large roll up door to provide extra ventilation

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility​​

 

  • Cleaning solution and paper towels will be available to everyone throughout the facility

​

  • Deep cleaning of the facility and all equipment weekly
